Counseling here meets you where you are. Younger clients often work through play, expressive arts, and sand tray, so they can show what's hard even when they can't say it. Teens and adults get supportive talk therapy for anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life or career transitions, in a space that honors how you're wired. Lee, Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (Florida IMH29564), practicing under licensed supervision. Counseling is a mental health service, separate from OBHS behavior-analytic services. COMMON QUESTIONS Who can you see? Children, teens, and adults, both neurodivergent and neurotypical. Do you take insurance for counseling? Counseling is self-pay at $100 per session, with sliding-scale and package options. What if I'm in crisis? Counseling isn't an emergency service.
