Some selective eating is typical. A very limited diet, distress at meals, or problems with growth may need more support. We'll talk it through in your consultation. Do I need a doctor's clearance first? If your child has weight loss, choking, vomiting, or trouble swallowing, please see your pediatrician first. We coordinate with medical providers as needed. Behavioral feeding support does not replace medical, swallowing, or nutrition care. If your child has weight loss, choking, vomiting, or trouble swallowing, contact your pediatrician first.
