Most educators and professionals genuinely want to support the neurodivergent people in their care. What they are often missing is not goodwill; it is practical, affirming, real-world training that goes beyond awareness and into "here is what to actually do on Monday morning." That is the gap our workshops are built to close.

We offer professional training for schools, agencies, nonprofits, healthcare teams, and community organizations that want to understand neurodivergence and respond to it with skill, warmth, and confidence.

What our workshops cover

Sessions are tailored to your audience and goals, and commonly include:

  • Understanding neurodivergence, autism, ADHD, and related profiles, from a strengths-based, affirming perspective.

  • Behavior as communication: how to read what a behavior is telling you and respond in ways that de-escalate instead of inflame.

  • Executive function and emotional regulation, and the practical supports that actually help.

  • Sensory needs and accessible environments, so your space works for the people in it.

  • Trauma-informed, inclusive practices your team can use right away and sustain.

Formats that fit your team

We meet organizations where they are. That can be a single keynote or lunch-and-learn to spark a shift in thinking, a half- or full-day professional development workshop, a short series that builds skills over time, or ongoing consultation paired with training for teams that want deeper support. Sessions can be delivered on-site in the Tampa Bay area or virtually.

Who it is for

Our training is a strong fit for schools and districts, early learning centers, therapy and healthcare practices, disability and community organizations, and any workplace aiming to better support neurodivergent students, clients, or staff. If your people interact with neurodivergent individuals, and nearly every organization does, this work applies.

What your organization walks away with

The goal is not a feel-good afternoon that fades by Friday. It is lasting change: staff who feel more confident and less overwhelmed, environments that are genuinely more inclusive, fewer escalations and power struggles, and the neurodivergent people you serve feeling understood and supported. Good training pays itself back in culture and outcomes.

Let's build something for your team

Every organization is different, so every workshop starts with a conversation about who you serve, what your team is navigating, and what you want to be true when the training is over. From there, we design something that fits.
